Brembo has more than 50 years experience in design, development and production of braking systems and today operates all around the world. Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will support our team in Ostrava.
What will be your challenge?
- Understand business requirements and define business processes that aligns to business best practices or Brembo global processes
- Develops positive and trusted relationships with both the business and other functions involved
- Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives
- Initiate, scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified improvements
- Foster a partnership approach to working with the other teams across the organization and the key business stakeholders
- Works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems
- Supports requirements management activities ensuring that the impact of change is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization
- Acts as a point of escalation for moderate to difficult problems
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
- Estimating costs and support build business cases in collaboration with the business sponsors
- Challenging & validating business requirements provided by the business and align those to Global defined best practices and solution in line with Global COE guideline
- Collaborating with procurement for carrying out market studies, identifying existing solutions, determining acceptance criteria, analyzing the integration architecture and integrating the software into the existing application landscape
Jak by měl vypadat Váš profil?
- Min. 3-5 years’ Professional experience in IT project management and/or as a Functional or Business analyst in multiple projects, regional/global experience is plus
- Very good knowledge of the methods and tools of Business Analyst (BPM) and Business capability management
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment, this includes the hardware, software/apps/services, procedures and best practices
- SAP S/4 HANA or ECC/R3 SD and/or EWM modules
- Understanding of MES, Quality systems, manufacturing environment and IOT/IIOT/Industry 4.0
- Previous experience within Finance, Logistics, Maintenance, CRM projects are plus, same as SAP Supply Chain modules and in general Order to Cash process
- Degree in economics, business administration, Information Technology, or other academic studies, can backfill your experience and vice versa
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
